No, and we'd be wary of anyone who promises that. In two weeks we measure, diagnose and plan, and we prove the highest-impact fix on a copy of your model. Implementing the full plan is a separate step, done by your team, another vendor, or RADACAD.
We work on copies of your models, or in a test workspace, so production is never changed. We also need read access to capacity metrics. We work within your security policies and can sign an NDA before starting.
